IT Systems Administrator
A dynamic multi-brand, multi-site, luxury holidays operator with offices across the globe, is looking to recruit a Systems Administrator, based in London.
The role’s primary responsibility will be to provide second line of IT support to the company’s users over phone, tickets and in person, and assist in the installation, configuration, management and support of all software and hardware systems. The role is hands-on and diverse, and it often involves project work.
Some of the technology involved will be: Firewalls, VPNs, Windows Servers, GPO, Active Directory and Azure AD, Remote Desktop Services, Office 365, SharePoint, Mitel VOIP Telephony, ESET Antivirus, VMWare, Azure Cloud, Mimecast and Service Desk tools.
The successful candidate is expected to be skilful and hands-on, in most of the above systems, beyond just basic understanding and familiarisation. This is a key requirement.
The role will suit someone passionate about technology and end user support.
We are ideally looking for an experienced IT professional with IT related work experience, with relevant computing university degree and strong interpersonal skills, as the role is very support centric.
