Office Co-ordinator

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Office Co-ordinator to join our People team in London. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining the daily running of the London office, whilst also assisting the People team with administrative duties and assisting the CEO and Directors with diary management and PA tasks.

You will be a confident, fast thinking, solution orientated individual with experience in administration or office management. You will be looking after a large and busy office of over 130 people, making this a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to bring creative solutions and make a difference to the working environment and office culture, whilst working for a leading Tour Operator in the luxury travel market.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the communal areas of the office are presentable and that stationery, food and supplies stock is regularly checked and maintained
  • Assist with People team administration including the processing of invoices for all office stock purchases
  • Organise facilities access for new starters, leavers and visitors
  • Manage the cleaners and any external tradesmen
  • Ensure the office equipment is fully functional and be the first point of contact for questions
  • Assist with the organisation of UK staff parties and socials including regular weekly incentives and ad hoc company incentive lunch orders
  • Assist the CEO and Directors with diary management and PA tasks
  • Assist the People team with creating a positive working environment and an organised office space

Essential Requirements 

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Highly organised individual with the ability to multi task
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven time management skills – ability to prioritise tasks
  • Approachable with a positive attitude
  • High level of attention to detail
