No one forgets their first ski season, and many of our staff come back year after year. A winter season offers an opportunity to bring your skills developed in the UK to a completely new environment. We recruit for chefs, childcare staff, hosts, drivers and management positions to come and work out in the Alps for the winter season. Long hours and hard graft are balanced by the Alpine surroundings, meeting like minded people and skiing some of the best powder that the Alps have to offer.
To complete a season, you need to be a motivated individual who can work hard, play hard, and is able to adapt swiftly and think on your feet fast. Five months in the mountains will feel like five weeks by the end, and the team atmosphere is addictive. You need to be dedicated to customer service, and committed to providing the very best holiday for our guests. It may be your first winter season, it probably won’t be your last!
