Travel Consultant – Ski
If you love to ski and are keen to share your passion and enthusiasm for the mountains with our ski guests then we need to hear from you. We are looking for people who have skied in a variety of resorts, ideally in both Europe and North America who are passionate about the mountains, know their groomers from their couloirs and understand what it takes to give guests the best ski holiday experience. Whether it’s helping parents get little ones on skis for the first time, arranging a romantic alpine retreat or a once in a lifetime heli-skiing trip, our ski team are on hand to deliver the best advice and service to our guests.
The role will involve speaking to guests to match them to their perfect ski destination and responding quickly and efficiently to their requests. Experience of some of the top ski resorts that we offer will help but most importantly is a real love for skiing and the mountains. Our portfolio includes resorts in Austria, France, Italy, Switzerland, North America and Japan.
- A love for skiing
- Experience of skiing in some of the resorts on our programme
- Previous sales experience is beneficial but passion and willingness to learn is key
- Enthusiastic and polite telephone manner
- Attention to detail

Our sales hours are from 8am to 7pm during the week and our Travel Consultants are required to work one of three shifts within these hours from Monday to Friday.
