Sales and Service Coach
We are looking for an experienced Sales and Service Coach to join our London office to develop, coach and influence the performance of the Sales and Service teams across both our luxury brands, Scott Dunn and Imagine Travel.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous sales and coaching experience to join two award-winning brands and develop training plans for our sales teams. As the Sales and Service Coach you will be playing a pivotal role in the continued success and growth of our business by ensuring our sales teams are always delivering the best customer service. Many of our guests return to us because of our high levels of customer service and this is the perfect chance for someone who knows how to exceed expectations to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching all of our Travel Consultants and developing individual training plans to be reviewed on a regular basis. It will be your duty to develop and implement internal training courses and to organise and manage external training as well.
This role will require occasional travel to our Chichester office.

- Previous experience managing personal development
- Previous experience of working in a sales environment
