Product Support – Africa
We have an exciting new vacancy for an enthusiastic and hardworking Product Support to join our Africa Product Team, working alongside the Product Manager in our London office.
Reporting into the Africa Product Manager it will be your duty to provide the sales team with full support to ensure that our product is up to date, on brand, relevant and accurate.
We are extremely proud of the exciting Africa holidays we put together for our guests so your creativity will be key in inspiring new adventures.
You will be responsible for researching and writing new content and itineraries for our website and effectively communicating this to the wider business to maximise revenue opportunities and the guest experience. Guest experience is our number one priority so finding the best resorts, experiences and properties is key!
The role will require excellent communication skills as you will be working across a number of different teams including sales and marketing, as well as working closely with suppliers and hotel representatives. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the company and gain experience required for future positions such as Product Executive or Product Manager.
- Africa travel experience
