Digital Content Marketing Executive

The Content Marketing Executive is responsible for the production of engaging, SEO-rich content across LTG’s websites globally (Scott Dunn and Imagine Travel) and developing content in line with business and digital strategy. Working with a ‘virtual’ team of freelance copywriters, designers and videographers, alongside another Content Marketing Exec in the digital team and the internal LTG Product and Marketing teams (and occasionally external agencies), this role will ensure content on the web site is produced to the highest quality and relevance, in accordance with brand guidelines, SEO best practice and keyword strategy. Content will include product information, destination information, guides, pictures, videos, banners and tactical marketing campaigns.


  • Produce content for our Group websites and be responsible for overall web content development in line with the digital strategy
  • Assist in the production of a digital content strategy for our brands and international sites, working closely with the Head of Brand, Web Manager, Product team and our international Marketing Managers in global offices
  • Manage the output of a ‘virtual’ team of copywriters, designers and videographers; brief requirements, vet output and ensure quality and timeliness
  • Ensure content is SEO optimised and produced in line with brand voice
  • Measure the performance of our website from an SEO perspective
  • Keep current on SEO developments and best practices
  • Manage specific content-led projects such as “microsites” and HTML5 content components
  • Help brief and manage the day-to-day output of web design agencies
  • Test and implement content-related recommendations from other web projects e.g. UEx work
  • Liaise with suppliers where there is a content requirement to Product e.g. launch of new destination or hotel on website
  • Be the ‘bridge’ between Product and Marketing in relation to all website content requirements
  • Support the other Content Marketing Executive as and when required in producing marketing emails, scheduling social media and editing/uploading blogs
  • Provide support and back-up to the Web Manager as and when required


  • Outstanding copywriting and editing skills
  • Strong creative eye, especially for travel imagery and videography
  • Some familiarity with Content Management Systems preferred but not essential
  • Basic understanding of SEO preferred
  • Passion for luxury travel
