As our 100 UK staff are predominately based over two sites it does mean that getting to know each other could be a problem, however, as we have meetings and training and development programmes over the two sites we are all able to get together on a regular basis and if that doesn't seem enough for you then there are always the social events that are held, such as the most recent 'Big Weekender' held in the Isle of Wight where over 70 staff came together to celebrate working with Scott Dunn and all the fantastic work everyone had done over the last couple of months!
