Having lived just South of Munich for most of my childhood (with most of my time spent hurtling down mountains!), when I had the opportunity to join Scott Dunn in 2006 it was too good an opportunity to miss. Originally part of the Operations team, I moved to a new role in Human Resources in 2009, when the growth of Scott Dunn saw the need for a dedicated HR person.
Five years on, I now head up the HR team providing support to the Scott Dunn people, managing the recruitment and selection of all UK staff, induction and training, staff welfare and all HR related matters.
