Having been brought up in Paris, Belgium and London, languages and travel have always been an important part of my life. Once I finished my studies I decided to move to Shanghai for a year to teach English. It was during this year abroad that I decided that HR was what I wanted to do with my life and I was lucky enough to find a job in that field on my return to the UK in 2007.
I joined the Scott Dunn Team in 2012 and I am now the HR & Training Manager for our UK offices. My role involves all aspects of recruitment, induction, training and retention, as well as general staff welfare and I enjoy nothing more than seeing the Scott Dunn staff here happy!

- Make sure your read through your CV prior to the interview as you will be asked questions about your previous experience – not being able to recall a job or when you did it is never a good sign!
- Come early, come prepared and make sure you ask questions – an interview is a two way process and you finding out about us is as important as us finding out about you
- Always smile!
